Due to that we are a Made To Order and Custom Made service, we do not offer refunds. We can offer a exchange service if the item has any fitting issues, or you want another colour, please contact us within thirty days after the purchase at our email address crkirk21@georgeckirksfootwear.com and state what the issue is. Return the item to us in the original box it came in. Customers are responsible to pay for the shipping costs. 

Please Note. We cannot offer an exchange service if the item shows excessive wear. When your item arrives to you, we recommend that you try on your footwear on a carpet surface.
