Refund policy

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds on all custom made orders. However, we do accept exchanges.

please return the item within thirty days and include a note indicating which alterations needs to be done. We will perform any repairs, corrections, and alterations and send them back to you.

We cannot offer exchanges if the item shows excessive wear.
