Shipping policy

We do provide free shipping and handling within Canada. 

If you are exchanging an item, customers are responsible for shipping charges and the item must be in the original box it was packaged in.

We are Not Responsible for any delays that may arise such as weather conditions, delays at customs, no tracking  system, or lost parcels. These are factors that are beyond our control.  We are not responsible for charges related to brokerage fees, tariff fees, or import fees. 

It takes between seven to ten days for the item to be sent in Canada.

International Shipping

We ship to the following international destinations: the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Japan, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland, as well as select additional countries worldwide. Available shipping services (Economy, Standard, and Express) and their applicable charges are displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

Production window: All footwear and accessories are handcrafted to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for production before your order is dispatched.

Transit time: Once dispatched, delivery typically adds additional time depending on your location and the service selected at checkout.

Customs, duties & import fees: International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and brokerage fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not collected or controlled by George C. Kirks Footwear. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.

Lost or delayed parcels: We are not responsible for delays due to weather, carrier disruptions, or customs holds, or for parcels lost after dispatch confirmation. We recommend selecting a tracked service where available at checkout.

**We will not accept or exchange Any Item if they have been worn. If you are exchanging an item, please provide a photo of the item before you send it and send us a email provide us details of what needs to be corrected our email address is crkirk21@georgeckirksfootwear.com
